Griffins Dog Game Benefitting Beer City Dog Biscuits

Join us at Van Andel Arena for the Jake Engel Memorial Dog Game

Bring your furry friend to the game with you and raise money for Beer City Dog Biscuits!

GAME

  • Sunday, November 2nd @ 4pm vs. The Rockford Icehogs

  • $1 Pepsi Drinks & $1 Ice Cream (3pm - 5pm)

  • Dog Leash giveaway for the first 500 people in the doors

TICKETS

  • $24 human tickets & $5 dog tickets*

  • $9 from the sale of every human ticket will go directly to BCDB

  • 100% from the sale of every dog ticket will go directly to BCDB

  • All tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide when you make the purchase

SEATING

SECTION 209 - HUMAN ONLY SECTION

  • Section 209 is for human tickets only and will have assigned seats in rows F - M

  • Tickets will be assigned starting in row F in the order they are purchased - the sooner you purchase, the better your seats!

  • If you would like a large group of only humans to sit together in Section 209, please make one purchase of all the tickets in one transaction to ensure seats assigned together! Once the purchaser has all the electronic tickets, they will be able transfer them to individuals within the group at their own discretion

SECTION 210 - DOG SECTION

  • Section 210 is for human & dog tickets and will be first come, first served based on when you arrive at the game in rows D - Q

  • Every dog ticket has their own seat

  • There must be 1 human for every 1 dog in your group

ADA SEATING

If you are in need of Wheelchair/Walker ADA seating, please call Beer City Dog Biscuits at (616) 489-4850 and we will assist you with purchasing these tickets

THROW FOR DOUGH

  • “Throw for Dough” pucks will be for sale at the game with all proceeds going directly to BCDB

  • Cash and cashless payments accepted

  • Puck toss will happen during the 2nd intermission and the puck closest to center ice will win a Grand Rapids Griffins prize package

*DOG OWNER INFORMATION

  • All dog owners will need to check-in and sign a waiver for their pet at a table by the box office inside the main entrance

  • Dogs must remain leashed at all times

  • There will be a dog potty area outside the building near Section 210, please clean up after your dogs!

GLOW Stroll & Annual 5K for Autism Alliance of Barry County

5K walk / run

Join the Autism Alliance of Barry County for their annual 5K at the Paul Henry Trail in Middleville!

5K Registration includes a shirt, swag bag (with our biscuits inside), and a BIB for timing your 5K Run/Walk.

  • Pre-registration: $35 (shirt guaranteed if registered by 10 pm 10/4/25)

  • Day Of: On site registration is $40.

NEW GLOW Stroll LIGHT IT UP!

Enjoy the glow in the dark and black light decorations with your friends and family and trick or treat the trail!

  • Glow Stroll begins at 6:30pm

  • FREE for children 12 and UNDER

  • Registration for the Glow Stroll includes a AABC trick or treat bag and goodies.

Last Sundays @ Bridge Street Market

We'll be at the Last Sundays outdoor market series at Bridge Street Market June 29th from 8 am - 2 pm. Come shop our handmade dog biscuits and some fun gear for the humans, too!

Since its launch in 2021, Last Sundays has been a can't-miss tradition in Grand Rapids, bringing together incredible artisans, food trucks, musicians, artists, and neighbors on the final Sunday of each month.

Walk for Autism at LMCU Ballpark

We’re proud to support our friends at Autism Support of Kent County (ASK) at this year’s Walk for Autism—an afternoon of connection, community, and fun at LMCU Ballpark.

Stop by our booth to learn more about our mission and meet some of our amazing team. Enjoy family-friendly activities, cheer on fundraising teams, and take part in a walk around the ballpark and baseball field—celebrating steps toward a more inclusive world.
