Becoming a Brew Baker
Brew Bakers build practical work skills, confidence, and teamwork while crafting treats that dogs love. This role is a great fit for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are independently mobile, have good motor skills, and can follow simple one- or two-step directions.

Who we’re looking for
To build a stronger community by providing vocational training and meaningful employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Brew Bakers work very hard, day in and day out, to produce a wonderful dog treat. While we would love to provide an opportunity for all disabilities, at this time, we are unable to adapt to everyone’s needs. A Brew Baker must be independently mobile with relatively good motor skills and be able to follow simple 1-2 step directions.
